Dunkin' Commercial Planning

 Hey, I hope your day is going well!

                    There are a lot of things that go into planning a commercial, and a good one at that. We have considered everything from settings to backup plans!

            Props:

    As our group is doing a Dunkin' commercial the props aren't too expensive or out there.

              - We will use a box of Dunkin' Donuts to showcase Dunkin's most well-known product, donuts.

              - We will also like to include Dunkin' coffee as that is also a very well-known product of theirs as well.

            Costumes:

    The actors won't need any special clothing, mainly things we already have in our closets. The actor will begin in a white shirt and jeans. After the actor takes a bite of the donut they will switch to more colorful clothing. This would consist of a bright-colored shirt, such as bright pink or purple, and more interesting jeans, ones with a pattern or rips on them.

        Schedule:

        09/22/2022- We will conduct research on past commercials from Dunkin'.

        09/27/2022- Our group will discuss the plans for the commercial which include, the props,   costumes, location, etc.

        10/01/2022- Our group will create a storyboard for the commercial.

        10/05/2022- Most of our group will meet up to film the commercial.

        10/08/2022- If necessary, part of our group will meet up to film the last shots needed for the commercial.

        10/09/2022- Our group will edit what we filmed on October 5th and October 8th.

        Location:

    Our main location will be Pompano Beach. Here we will get the shots of after the person takes a bite of the donut. Pompano Beach is a colorful place so this will really help emphasize that after taking a bite donut that everything is more energetic and lively.

   Our secondary location is my (Sara S.) house. In order to create a dull tone at the beginning of the commercial, I have a white screen that could serve as a background during the dull part of the commercial which will emphasize how boring everything looks.

     Backup Plan:

    If it is raining on October 5th, we will still get the shots with the dull background as it can be done indoors. However, we will have to push the filming of the livelier shots to October 8th. If the weather is not preferable then, we will push it to the 9th. If it is raining all three of these days we will film at a secondary location which will be decided depending on the weather that day.
